Update! CBSE Will Conduct Re-test for the Students of Class 10th & 12th
CBSE is conducting re-test for the students of class 10th & 12th who could not appear for the examination due to Delhi riots.
Amid the Delhi Riots Central Board of Secondary Education has circulated a notice regarding class 10th & 12th board examination 2020. This notice is for the students of CBSE who did not appear for their board examination due to the Delhi crisis from February 23 to 27.
Meanwhile, the CBSE board examination of English for class 10th & 12th were postponed due to the chaos in North East Delhi.
Certainly, those students who belong to the affected area were not able to step out of the houses as it's not safe. As well as the school centers in the affected area had to close for the safety purpose of the students.
The board has taken a decision for the students who could not appear for their board exams as they were coming from chaotic area. Fortunately, these students will be given an opportunity to give the fresh board exam.
However, it is clarified in the notice that fresh examinations will be conducted for the students of affected area.
The respective schools are informed to share a list of the students who were affected and those who did not appear for the exam as their board centre was in the affected area. After that, CBSE will conduct re-test for the candidates.
