Coronavirus continues to grow around the globe. The cases of covid-19 infected victims are on the rise. If you have a habit of touching your face too often, then be careful as you might be a victim of the deadly virus.

Avoid touching your face too much. Coronavirus can linger for days on multiple surfaces like door knobs, elevator buttons, etc. Your fingertips, mouths, noses, & eyes are entry portals of the coronavirus and other viruses & germs. 

Coronavirus Prevention Tips:

1. Hands busy

Keeping your hands busy can reduce frequency of how much you touch your face. You can use a stress ball, a pen or any other thing.

2. Hand Sanitiser

 A hand sanitiser must always be with you. You must use it often to avoid germs and infections.

3. Be Aware:

Scratch or pinch yourself every time you notice touching your face.  Then try to control it. Avoid rubbing your eyes if they feel dry, use moisturising eye drops. 

4. Keep Tissues:

You can use a tissue for an itch or a scratch, and then discard it immediately. Cover your mouth with your elbow rather than your hands when you sneeze. 

5. Be Indoors:

Be indoors as much as possible. Boost your immunity with healthy foods and say goodbye to coronavirus.
