Krishi Jagran at Indian Seeds Congress 2020: A Way to Farmer's Prosperity

National Seed Association of India (NSAI) has conducted its Annual Indian Seed Congress event on February 16 & 17 at JW Marriott, New Delhi.

ISC 2020 displays the latest trends and views of the Seed sector, raises their voices regarding the concerns, considers on new technological advances to handle the obstacles to growth.
An apex association of the Indian seed industry is National Seed Association of India including the small, medium and large companies as well as public state seed corporations.
NSAI has more than 500 members from across the world. NSAI works with the Government departments for developing the policies which will inspire agricultural growth.
Today is the last day of the ongoing event of the 10th Indian Seed Congress 2020 in New Delhi attended by the Union Minister of Agriculture Mr. Narendra Singh Tomar.
At the ongoing event, Union Minister addressed the audience about the importance of quality seeds. He asked to ensure the quality and nutrition security of the food which needs to be focused more for the farmer's prosperity.
However, we are being affected by the climatic changes which need to be studied and researched in the seed sector, further added by Mr. Narendra Singh Tomar.
He told the audience about the transparency in the seed system and should be given the full support to the seed industry. A seed act is yet to be released soon, he said.
President of the National Seed Association of India Mr. Prabhakar Rao, also addressed the audience by his presence at the event.
While addressing on the occasion, R.K. Trivedi stressed on the availability of quality seeds through NSAI.
It has been said that the prominent scientists, agricultural experts and policymakers will be attending the event at different sessions.
