Know how to make Chilli Potato at home till COVID-19 Ends

It is an Indo Chinese recipe that is becoming very popular these days among children as well as elders. If you are one of those people who love to eat spicily then you can make Chilli Potato with Chilli Potato Gravy.

Ingredients

•    Potatoes - 4 medium-sized.

•    Corn flour - 4 tablespoons.

•    Green chili - 2 (chopped).

•    Green Onion  -  2 tablespoons (finely chopped).

•    Ginger - 1 tablespoons Paste.

•    Tomato sauce - 2 tablespoons.

•    Soy sauce -  1 tablespoon.

•    Chili sauce- 1/2 tablespoons.

•    White vinegar - 01 tablespoons.

•    Chili Flanks - 1/2 tablespoons.

•    Sugar - 01 tablespoons.

•    Oil 

•    Salt - as per taste.

How to Make Chilli Potato

•    First of all, you should wash the potatoes well before peeling them.

•    Then peel them and cut into long pieces.

•    Now add cornflour and mix the chopped potatoes well.

•    Add oil in the pan and heat it.

•     Add potatoes when the oil is hot and fry the potatoes till they turn golden brown.

•    After this take a pan and heat it on the gas.

•    Then add two tablespoons of oil to it. 

•    As you see oil is hot, reduce the flame and add ginger and green chilies.

•    Fry ginger and green chilies a little and then add chili sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce and mix well.

•    After all, this process dissolves one teaspoon of cornflour well in a quarter cup of water and mixes it in the pan as well. 

•    Add sugar and salt in the pan and cook for 2 minutes.

•    Now its the time for the final step, add fried potatoes, chili flakes, vinegar and green onions in the pan and cook for 2 minutes while stirring, then turn off the gas.

•    Finally, your Chilli Potato is ready.
