It is now available as a stable channel download for all Windows, macOS & Linux users. There is urgency to update your web browser on your PC or Mac. One, particular vulnerability is that the latest Google Chrome update patches actually exists in the wild, which means hackers have already exploited it before Google tracked it down & patched.

Google in the release notes for the latest patch said, “Access to bug details & links may be kept restricted until a majority of users are updated with a fix. We will also retain restrictions if the bug exists in a third party library that other projects similarly depend on, but haven’t yet fixed.” 

It is a serious thing. As per reports, this zero day exploit is a Type Confusion vulnerability that exploits the JavaScript. It can be used to deliberately cause errors in the web browser which hackers can use to run unrestricted code on the computing device.
