Wendell Rodricks, the iconic Fashion Designer of Bollywood Town, who was awarded by Padamshree in the year 2014 has died at the age 59.

He has been served as a social activist on the issue of Environment and Gay Rights as well.

The entire bollywood is in shocked and could not control their emotions on his early demise.

Yet many of the bollywood stars have tweeted and shared their past memories with him on the Instagram.

As per the official reports, Wendell Rodricks bid his last goodbye on February 12, due to the cardiac arrest at his residence in Goa. It is said that his funeral is scheduled today.

The demise of the prominent fashion designer left the fraternity of film industry in shock.

Meanwhile, entire bollywood is sending their condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.

Several B-Town celebrities flooded on the social media to mourn Wendell's loss. 

The list includes Malaika Arora, Anushka Sharma, Richa Chadha and other stars shared their good times with the renowned Fashion Designer.

IANS reported that Wendell had been suffering from the illness for so long and died around 6:30 pm.

As per reports by Gajanan Prabhudesai, Deputy Superintendent of police, “Wendell died after collapsing at his residence. The police got to know about his death around 6:30pm and a team was rushed to his house." 

Jacqueline Fernandez tweeted, "Your demise leaves a void in the fashion fraternity that can never be replaced. May you RIP #WendellRodricks. You will be missed".

Whereas, Richa Chadha has tweeted a heartfelt message, "Gutted to hear about the untimely demise of @Wendellrodricks. Had only met him briefly but admired his advocacy of gay rights and his love for his home state, Goa. He was one of a kind! Rest in peace. Condolences to family!"
