ALERT! CBSE Board Exams 2020 Answer Sheets to Have This New Roll Number Pattern; Know How to Fill & Special Instructions by Board
CBSE Board Exam 2020 will start from today i.e. February 15, 2020. More than 25 lakh students are expected to appear in the CBSE 10th 12th board examinations 2020.
Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Board Exam 2020 will start from today i.e. February 15, 2020. Over 25 lakh students are likely to appear in the CBSE 10th 12th board examinations.
Recently the board has conducted a live webcast to explain the broad points of the exam rules and guidelines for schools, parents and students.
The most important information given was the expected anomaly in the CBSE Board exam 2020 answer sheets and how students are required to accordingly fill their roll numbers.
Important Point to Be Noted:
- Parents and students must please note that this year, CBSE Board roll number is an 8 digit number and not a seven digit number. Though, CBSE answer sheets roll number grid, have 7 columns.
- The roll numbers of both classes 1 or 2, this year, will start with 1 or 2. Where, both 1 and 2 represent special information and that must be mentioned.
How to write CBSE Board Exam 2020 Roll Numbers in Answer Sheets?
When Roll Number begins with a 1 –
To write the roll number, students must write 1 before the Roll Number grid box and also darken the place below 1 in the 1st line as shown in the below picture.
When Roll Number begins with a 2 –
To write the roll number, write 2 before the Roll Number grid box and then darken the place below 2 in the 2nd line as shown in the picture below.
Student must also keep in mind that if the second digit is 0. Since for a 7 digit roll number, the first digit could not be zero, students would find the first printed column to not have any circle against 0. Students would fill the roll number in the manner shown in below image.
Both parents and students are advised to make a note of the same. At the same time teachers would also be present in the exam hall to help the students fill the roll numbers properly in the answer sheets.
